More praise for Fusebox “Once again, let me say this is a wonderful machine that is also a very musical instrument. It is a masterpiece of electronic engineering in the service of (unusual) musical creativity. Which is to say that you understand that the user will/can! play the knobs and sound-changing options with a musical result, in much the same way one would play a keyboard. You know the knobs are the keyboard for a synthesist.

Moreover, this instrument captures the fun of playing a synth perfectly, and it entices users to experiment. I was pretty certain when I bought this I’d not be using the patch points often, but in practice, it is so much fun, so easy and so intuitively musical to use every bit of this instrument that I’ve opened up a whole world of sound I’d not expected. the sound is truly a tribute to the power of analogue, such that I find myself playing notes and listening to them ring out just to hear the rich, powerful, creamy smoothness of tone that is unmistakably analogue. “
