Are charged in £ (GBP) only. Conversions rates and/or charges will be made by your card issuer.

Prices exclude delivery and tax.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times quoted are a guide. All products are built to order. This typically takes 1-3 days to complete, except for large orders or other special circumstances. After that goods are sent out and courier delivery time depends where you are,

During busy or holiday periods it can on occasions take longer.

Repairs:

If you bought via a dealer, please contact them for help.

Otherwise, any warranty repairs, email first. Often there is no fault and a quick email chat can help find out.

Returns do not include any delivery costs.

EU orders are subject to 20% VAT on the whole order value.

Non-EU Countries:

Your government will charge you import tax and duty. This is out of our hands and we cannot help you with advice on potential cost or any other information. Please look on your own country’s government website.
